I have had a lot of success with exposure therapy and would highly recommend it. I do not take medications, but through therapy and facing my fears I have been able to get back to doing almost everything I did before anxiety and panic came to stay. Facing our fears and learning that we are bigger and stronger than our fears gives us a lot of strength and sense of accomplishment. Facing your fears is hard and uncomfortable but in the end once you face them and succeed enough the fears lose power over your mind and life. Good luck.
