Seeing how everyone's MRI's are normal when they have more crazier symtoms than me, makes me feel better. I'm very glad you got your answer.  :bigsmile:

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

I read this earlier & wanted to come back to comment. I don't even know you, but I'm proud of you for facing your fears & going through with the MRI. It took guts for you not to back down & to just go through with it & I think that's amazing! You should be proud of yourself! Now don't waste any more time -- live your life! (I'm trying to do the same...)  :yes: :yes:

I am so happy for you!! Hopefully you can now relieve all those scary brain fears. Im hoping to get an mri too and that it comes out clean like yours! Best wishes!
