why would that be ALS???

the outside of my right big toe is numb.  due localized nerve impingement.

the second and third toe of my left foot are numb due to a neuroma.

we get all kinds of oddities in our bodies.  some are real and due to minor things that are not enough to get our panties in a twist

and

some are due to perceiving things incorrectly due to our anxiety disorders.

What proactive things are you doing for your anxiety disorder?  what is working?  what isn't  what are you actually willing to do to get on your healing path.

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state

Thanks six pack for replying.  I am on deanxit as per docs recommendation, taking b complex vitamins also per docs hinting.  I always try to get out of this but always end up fearing the worse and I have started to notice that the little bit of time we have in hand I have been wasting it grossly.

I really feel I can't take this for much longer, as I can't enjoy life with this continuous impeeding sense of doom I constantly feel.
