cbt tea form opinions
« on: June 22, 2014, 12:30:01 PM »
I've recently discovered tea form and have been practicing it for a little under a week. It does seem to help. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and had any success. Or maybe any advice would be helpful.

http://www.dailystrength.org/groups/anxiety-and-positive-thinking-and-choices/news/view/1478155.    this is the best article I've found. It explains it well and made it.to where I understood how to do it.

Thanks.
I generally don't like or have the consistency for these kind of positive self talk things but need to be willing to try anything.  Will report back if I find a difference.

Until I tried this I didn't realize just how many anxiety provoking thoughts i have a day. It's quite amazing to realize how many thoughts you thought were normal are completely irrational.
