Black bits in stool

Sorry for to much info
Today I went to poo and saw alot of black bits in my poop
I dont know if Its the food I ate (I'm a full vegetarian i eat alot of green stuff) or something serious
Please help

I had the exact same thing yesterday! However, mine was diarrhea so I'm not sure if that's the same thing but I freaked out about it as well. I decided not to focus on it and today I went again and there was nothing. So I don't really have any advice except to wait till you have another bowel movement and check to see if there is anymore.

I just had a movement before and I wiped and saw black chunks that looks like food I'm hoping it is =[

Dark greens (like spinach) often turn black for me on the way out, especially if they haven't been digesting for as long as they should.

is it like ground pepper ? if it is like ground pepper it will probably be fibre, have you had any banana recently ? i had this

Unless it dissolves in the water and turns bloody, it's fiber.  I actually asked my gastro about this (I've had colon cancer) and he said undigested fiber.

I have this literally all the time.  I've told a doc before and had testing done which was all fine.
