Having a hard week...
« on: June 20, 2014, 06:21:27 PM »
Had a bad headache for 2 days. Today it's just minor so far.

My muscles have felt weak and shaky and even jerky.

Everything is worrying me.

I don't know if I should try going to the doctor this afternoon or just tell myself it's anxiety.

If it's just anxiety I don't wanna "waste" the money for the appointment. But if it's not I'd rather pay a little now for an appointment than pay a lot later for an ER visit (or worse..) :/

Are jerky muscles and sore arms anxiety symptoms?
I don't think I LOOK like I'm shaking or jerking, it just feels like it.. I don't know if that's a brain thing or an anxiety thing or what.. :/
Anyone have anything assuring??

Sounds like classic anxiety symptoms to me. Maybe a dr visit would put your mind at ease? You'll be fine.

It does sound like anxiety symptoms especially if you feel you are shaking on the inside but not seeing it on the outside....that's happened to me before with panic and anxiety.  I think your best bet is to find something to do to occupy your mind and see if that helps.  Distraction is always the best bet!  Good luck!
