St John's Wort

Anybody have any luck with St Johns Wort? My therapist said I should give it a try.  On it for the 4th day. Feela little off bit l know it takes time. Opinions appreciated.

It might be helpful for mild anxiety and depression, but it's unlikely to do much for severe disorders.

I felt a bit better when taking it for a couple of weeks, but it wasn't powerful enough for what I needed it to do. My Grandmother passed away and all of my physical manifestations of anxiety came back with a vengeance, so I knew I had to go to pharmaceuticals.

Make sure you don't take St. John's Wort simultaneously with anti-depressants! This can cause Serotonin Syndrome.
