Dizzy Spells, Please Help
« on: June 14, 2014, 09:18:11 PM »
This morning I had a massive dizzy spell that lasted for a few minutes out of the blue. Never had this before. It passed and my anxiety stayed up all day, I started to develop a headache in the back of my head over the course of the afternoon and then after supper had another dizzy attack. I'm talking, on a merry go round dizzy. What could this be? How do I make it stop?? It a terrible feeling when everything suddenly starts spinning  :sick0002:

One cause of dizzy spells is, of course, anxiety. It can manifest itself in different ways to different people. Other causes could be: An infection or blockage in your ear/inner ear, a virus, mild dehydration, tiredness. It's rarely something that you should worry about, but it might be worth talking to a doctor about having your blood pressure and blood sugar checked, just to be sure :)
