One worry goes away...another one begins...advice?
« on: June 14, 2014, 01:03:20 PM »
After having headaches and numbness in arms and legs on and off, went to neurologist. While in his office he vaguely mentioned MS while discussing a variety of possibilities. He sent me to have 2 MRIs (brain and neck). They both came back normal. (Thank God) Unfortunately, I'm still having symptoms here and there. However, I don't know if they are truly "symptoms" or me just being hyper sensitive to EVERYTHING. Obviously if MS was a possibility my MRI would've been abnormal...why can't I just relax???  I'm soooo tired of HA!

I can't offer any advice because I'm in your shoes. Just letting you know you're not alone.

i feel the same way. had an MRI for brain & spine along with a number of tests since November last year, even had an EMG-NCV. I've been to several doctors countless of times as well. i still feel like something is wrong. i feel frustrated because it's almost the same kind of thing "nothing is really wrong with you" "you're not sick" "it's anxiety" "you're young, enjoy life" but i still go to sleep afraid & waking up scared.
