I swear, I can be feeling in a better mood for a while, relaxing more, then suddenly, I'll be hit with a creepy thought, and feeling, and it will all go down hill again.

How can I get better when I can't trust my mood to be stable?

I'm the exact same way. I usually try to distract myself with something when it starts to happen. Like yesterday I went outside and played basketball because I was feeling horrible from all the anxiety. Or sometimes I try to get myself excited for something, anything that can distract me. I'll listen to music, read, and I don't know about everyone else but even try to surround myself with funny and confident people. That seems to help boost my mood. Just try to get busy when you think that the anxious thoughts are coming on.

Thanks, it can be hard to feel like doing other things when my mind feels so occupied with anxiety, I'm working on it.
