Just curious had you had any steroid injections in that cheek?  Or possibly recent weight loss?

She was pregnant.

Pregnancy can cause nerve impingement. Many people develop sciatic pain during pregnancy.

I never had sciatic pain while pregnant but i did lose the baby weight after like 25-30 pounds. This is my second child though. Didnt happen with first

Doesn't really matter...can happen or not happen during weight loss.  Steroid injections and recent weight loss are two of the most common culprits.
