Does anybody take propanolol ??!!
« on: June 13, 2014, 06:42:02 AM »
I've started taking citilopram 10 mg for a week to start myself of , will then be moving up to 20 mg but the past couple of days my anxiety had increased dramatically , I spent hours last night awake feeling like I was going to stop breathing and my heart was going to stop and I also feel physically really I'll almost flu like , I have a 13 week old baby and none if this is fair :( I'm scared to take my anti ds and wanted to know peoples opinions on propanolol ? I've had propanolol 10 mg before with no side effects so wondering if maybe I would benefit from them more ....... My main worry is my physical symptoms 24/7 ... I feel that if I can get rid of them then I can cure the rest , thanks in advance .... Grayson's mummy x

I have been on Propranolol 80mg LA since 2006. I have had no side effects, except sometimes
I feel tired and I have vivid dreams (excellent ones, by the way and some I can't get into). I was put
on it for anxiety originally and it has helped me immensely. I am 57, by the way.
