Sleep question
« on: June 11, 2014, 04:40:15 PM »
I had scary thing happen to me. It may sound weird but you can let me know if it's anything serious;  I was napping on a bus while I'm traveling through France, and when i started to get out of deep sleep and I was kinda lightly sleeping I started to become aware of my surroundings, like I could hear the bus and the music in my ears and then I couldn't breathe. Literally couldn't breathe or move because I guess I was still lightly sleeping. Then I jolted awake and could breathe and swallow.  Really scared me and my throat has been tight since because I've been so anxious

That happens to me a lot.  It's normal, just scary.
