I have cut out all sugars from "junk food", sweets, chocolate, cake, biscuits, crisps etc.
I am still eating white bread, pastas etc, but I don't eat much anyway.
I have a very sweet tooth and would eat a lot of junk food so this will be a challenge but I really want to succeed. I know it takes about a month to ditch a habit and create a new one. I will then try to cut out other " hidden" sugar foods.
I woke up with the headache this morning again, iv had it for almost 24 hours now. Its time for a pain killer!
