Claire Weekes and OCD?
« on: June 10, 2014, 12:29:36 PM »
My dad recently recommended some books on dealing with anxiety by Dr Claire Weekes and so far I've found them quite useful! Actually I've only gotten 1 so far, Hope and Help for Your Nerves. It doesn't specifically deal with Pure O OCD (which is what I have) but it's pretty good in general.

I've also seen various threads here mentioning Dr Weekes's books and I was wondering - has she written anything specifically for OCD? It's not very easy to find information and resources about her writing for some reason, so my Google searches have not proven very fruitful. I was hoping someone here might know more.

I don't believe she ever wrote anything about OCD in particular, but I haven't read each of her books.

Amazon seems to carry all or most of her books: http://amzn.com/e/B001HOT92I

Hmm, then how about her other books? Has anyone found them useful in the treatment of OCD?

I appreciate you posting the link, but Amazon doesn't ship to my country. :(

Thanks for your suggestion! I did but it only seems to be available as an ebook...is there a print version?
