Normally can't feel good on rainy/cloudy days?
« on: June 09, 2014, 08:21:08 PM »
This has been happening as early as 6th grade, and it seems that whenever it is the slightest bit cloudy or rainy, I can barely function. My anxiety is typically very high, and I often convince myself that I'm feeling sick all due to the weather- I also feel irritable and tired- Is this just my OCD, or should I be worried?

Hey, maybe you're lacking Vitamin D (sun)? Or perhaps you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? I live in a place with a lot of rain and longish winters so I was told to take Vitamin D supplements to improve my mood :)
