So scared of the C word. Can anyone relate to my symptoms?
« on: June 09, 2014, 10:03:40 AM »
Some background: I have gone through anxiety for years now, and am hypochondiac. My worry is pretty horrible and I just went back on zoloft about a week ago. So I've had bloating/pressure for about a month now and then had small cramping on both sides of my body. More so on the left at my lower left abdominal area. I feel like I could potentially pee often, but little pee comes out. I googled (I know I know I know), and saw symptoms for ovarian cancer. I freaked out and went to the doctors. They told me I had a UTI. I was so excited I was fine. They then called me a few days later and said I didn't have a UTI after prescribing medication? Now I'm having lower back pain, and bouts of nausea (probably from just being hungry) and I get SO SCARED. I get full on panicky. Please some one help so I don't google and scare myself again. I have a follow up with the doctors assistant today.

Please help.

Could be an ovarian cyst - have you seen the gyn about your symptoms?  They're mostly harmless, just annoying when they cause symptoms.
