So here's my first post. I've been perusing this site for a little while and I've found it helpful to normalize my fears. I've gone through different phases of phobias for years now, and I haven't been this bad in a while. I suffer from hypochondria and currently have symptoms that freak me out. I'll go into detail in the hypochondria section, but I'm glad I can have a community of people to support me and relate to me. Fingers crossed!
