I have been doing really good, but for me I know this will finally put everything at rest.

I would cry thinking for sure I had a motor neuron disease and just fall apart. I would look at my kids and break down crying because I "knew" I had something terrible and I wouldnt live to see them grow up. Well I am definitely not even worried anymore. I look at my body say oh possible atrophy oh well and move on. It really helps. I do not dwell on it because i have had two clean emgs.

I'll probably insist on an EMG in 10 months. I feel fairly secure. Would feel a lot more secure without this pain in my leg.

Mad, you have no reason to worry. Cramps can come with ALS. But it's more common to have cramps caused by anxiety and tension. I'm know your fine. Get off this boat.

honestly I haven't cramped in a long time. occasional bit of tight muscle in my shin but i think its due to an ankle sprain/tendonitis on foot.

And toe pain can come with osteosarcoma.  *** is not a disease of cramping.  It's a disease of weakness.
