Don't mean to sound rude here... But I've seen you ask about things like shaking your head, sitting up, touching your head, getting acne... And all of your topics sound the same "can xyz give you brain damage?"
If you're for real, and I'd hope you're not, I would suggest seeking out some help ASAP about your health anxiety. You're WAY over the deep end if you think that thinking hard will cause brain damage, and you need some help and someone to pull you out of the other side.
Again, don't mean to sound rude but these posts are getting ridiculous... You need some better help then we can provide at this point.
