I am beyond frustrated!!!! I don't know how much more I can take!
It started with sinus infection and allergies with a hell of a lot of anxiety on top to make it worse!
I thought my head was feeling better but now it's acting all funky again! I stand up and feel dizzy. Like no spinning just dizzy headed I guess. When I am sitting down or sit up, my forehead feels tight over my eyes and when I look down it gets even tighter and i feel like it's bouncing. Like something juggling in it. Hard to explain. It is like this bending over and looking down but a bit worse. My ent was told about this and I'm only taking Claritin right now. It only helped with my eyes and foggy head. My nose still has congestion and I am using Afrin spray for that which opens up my nose for 12 hours. I lay down and most of the time the tightness goes away.

I'm stuck between what this really is, allergies or anxiety. And I'm trying to figure it out so I can fix it. I guess I can try taking something for sinus pressure. Is it possible to have sinus pressure without a sinus infection? Cause my sinuses were ok above my eyes according to ct scan.

Im just really confused. I thought tension headaches were pressure at back of head. Mine is only in the front above my eyes.

I'm just wanting to know what this is. I'm tired of getting up and feeling my head being so off. :(

It definitely sounds like a sinus issue to me, and yes, it doesn't have to present all the symptoms of an infection. The congested nose, feelings in your forehead and dizziness are all very typical of sinus issues caused by allergies.

That's what I hope it is. So I'm gonna try taking something for sinus pressure and see if there's a change. Would be so nice!

Yeah, I've been getting the exact same symptoms for a few weeks now, and nothing seems to be shifting it. It's the most frustrating thing, but I figure it'll pass in time :)

It really is very frustrating. My head wants to hurt as well and my eyes feel off. Allergy drops seem to help my eyes. If I could only find relief. It would not be half as bad of it wouldn't make me dizzy headed. That's what shoots up my anxiety! :(
