chances off heart attack?

Hello I was wondering what odds of me having a heart attack I'm on zoloft I here it can give u heart attack and I smoke 15 fags a day sometime 7 and I go for brisk walks and runs every other day this week I started doing that and I been feeling sick for past 3 days I been on meds for a while was wondering what it is or can the meds still give you side effects every now and then? And if I throw up. I having a heart attack?

Are you really concerned with the Zoloft or the fact that you're smoking 15 times a day? If you really care about your heart then make the effort.

i've read that most people with anxiety smoke or drink probably to lessen the anxiety but it's the opposite for me. i have become more health conscious. having anxiety is a struggle because it can actually make you ill because your acidity and mucus build up increases and having plenty of acid and mucus in your body increases your risk of being ill so i would rather match it with a healthy life and not add on to the burden that i am already giving myself.
