been feeling all of that for 4 days. it almost always feels like (I got up to fast). the light headaches come and go around my eyes, top of head, forehead and sometimes throb. took a benadryl did nothing not even tired. for some reason i feel very panicky and nervous and theres nothing to worry about. but i do not like this feeling of faint lightheaded  that keeps coming that feels like i got up to quick, meanwhile i can be eating dinner and itll happen.. i wonder if these are all mini panic attacks or something worse

Time to see your internal medicine physician, so their will be no need for speculation.

If it makes you feel any better I've had headaches for over a month now and have also has some numbness/tingling in my arms and feet. I had a CT and MRI...all clear. Dr thinks stress/tension  are culprit.

If anyone feels dizzy they shouldn't worry, one piece of advice is that it's probably anxiety, not anemia or cancer metastasis.  If you constantly worry about let's say cancer your body will be put in a state of anticipating your "death" and feel dizzy or lightheaded as a result of that anxiety.  As long as you don't actually have unnatural fatigue that cannot be explained by your lifestyle, faint or lose consciousness, it's probably anxiety.   Still its good to see a doctor if you are really concerned.

Valley, did you start your new meds you got a few weeks ago?  The dizziness is definitely a sign of anxiety and the more you think about it, the worse you make in on yourself.  Yep, the dizziness can come and go at any time for no reason whatsoever....it's just anxiety playing with you

My ENT physician told me that most cases of dizziness are benign.

Thanks guys... yes the dizziness left for like 4 1/2 days and I kind of felt GOOD? All of a sudden i'm getting feelings of the lightheaded faint feeling, and also the off balance feeling is back. Ugh, I cant do any more doctor visits. 2 ENT visits, family physician 3 times, and a neurologist 1 time. I dont like the random feelings that I get out of no where though, it feels like when you get up too fast and you have to pause in your motion because you feel faint from all the blood rush. I get this just walking, or eating, or laying down, or doing anything. Worries me that something wants to burst in my brain, or something terrible is about to happen.

I once had dizziness that lasted around 6 weeks. The ENT called it benign positional vertigo. He sad it would go
away and it did. The room would move every time I would get up from a sitting or lying position, or if I just lied flat.
It was a real pain.

I know how you feel player. I get a bit of dizziness too and I am just concentrating on my body so much. Do you even find it hard to watch tv? I do. ;(
