Awesome, thanks all!
I had a moment recently when I *thought* I felt a lump in my left breast, right below the nipple. It's an area that's really lumpy in general, but it's that symmetrical, patterned sort of lumpiness (know what I mean?). I don't think there's actually anything there (I've been poking at my breast all day and now, of course, they're sore). I don't feel anything at all that qualitatively different from the general lumpiness, so I suppose that should be the end. I did worry a bit when I tried to compare both sides and noticed that my left side was markedly more lumpy than my right. You'd think at 43 years old, and after nursing 2 kids for a total of 4 years, I'd be more familiar with my breasts.
