Hi I am Anne and I am a 46 yo female with GAD and panic attacks and struggling through trying to take prozac but unable to tolerate more than 5 mg without feeling crazy.  I'm worried I won't be able to work due to the never ending anxiety and chest pain and dizziness and my relationship is ready to break as they are tired of my mental illness.  I have isolated myself and no longer have any friends or anyone to talk to and on days the whole thing feels hopeless.  I am hoping to find some support here and look forward to participating here.
