Cold, minty feeling in nose and mouth?
« on: June 04, 2014, 10:50:08 PM »
Anxiety has been horrendous lately, today a new symptom arose. A my nose/mouth/chest feel like I've been smelling Vicks vapo rub. It's very cold and minty feeling when I breathe in.

Also, I've been getting headaches in the evening

Someone help! :(

You know, I've had that feeling before myself, ages ago when I was small.  I'd forgotten all about it until now.  No idea what could cause it, but you're not alone.

I'm sorry I don't know the answer as to what is causing it, but I get this at least once a week! My dr. didn't seem to know, either. Do you by any chance have any acid reflux? I was thinking maybe it was associated with that, but of course I'm not sure.
