Cold sweats/sweating

I'm having

+cold sweats
+cold sweat from my head
+cold clammy
+cold clammy palms
+sweaty feet
+prefusive sweating


+cant regulate body temp
I'm either really really hot or really really cold and sweating
Had thyroid checked

Also on zoloft 50mg and can I cause u to over heat
I have them symptoms 24/7 after being told my blood tests are fine I'm still confised I have something
Also haven't eaten much and lost a lot off weight mega scared anyone got any advice on calming deep breeathing won't work cus I focus to much on symptoms and feel sick is this really anxiety I've never heard off it doing this doc said it is?

Chills and hot flashes are among the most commonly experienced anxiety/panic symptoms, yes. I get them too. I don't know how to stop them, but they go away eventually.

I get them too, every night. I really think it's from anxiety.  Your bloodwork was fine. It would have shown something if it wasn't. I think the sweating is from the adrenaline that is pumped into your body from a panic attack. Has to dissipate somehow and comes out by sweating.  You will be ok. :happy0151:

I had horrible hot flashes and night sweats when I was changing medications.  If you're new on the zoloft or messing with dosages, that could definitely be a factor.
