Chills and hot flashes are among the most commonly experienced anxiety/panic symptoms, yes. I get them too. I don't know how to stop them, but they go away eventually.

I get them too, every night. I really think it's from anxiety.  Your bloodwork was fine. It would have shown something if it wasn't. I think the sweating is from the adrenaline that is pumped into your body from a panic attack. Has to dissipate somehow and comes out by sweating.  You will be ok. :happy0151:

I had horrible hot flashes and night sweats when I was changing medications.  If you're new on the zoloft or messing with dosages, that could definitely be a factor.

I am experiencing awful sweating.....sometimes for no apparent reason! It usually happens when I go to school, as that's where most of my anxiety is. I do worry that something is terribly wrong with me though, even though all my tests have come back fine.

Very common anxiety symptom, if I start thinking about something that makes me anxious, I will generally start sweating literally within seconds.
