I've been down that road myself and still going, you'll be fine as long as you keep going and move on from your sensations. I've still got a long way to go myself and it can freak me out at times too.

While I've had no bump I've had cases which have frightened me also

Hang in there, I'm sure you will be fine :)

Yes. It's a bit of a struggle but it will pass. I know it will cause i went thru it at 19. This is my second HA struggle and I'm 36. The worst has been this one cause this time I was really sick with sinus infection and had to wait forever to see my dr. Which then I turned to dr google. And that made it all worse!

I'm currently going through the same thing myself. Sometimes it is hard to feel okay when all symptoms are very real and seem to point to something catastrophic. Things can't always be a coincidence can they??

Oh yes, I've been scared of so many other things that did not include bumps or spots! Anything you get anxious about is a horrible feeling. Thank you AnxiousHolmes :)

Kmj023, I can totally understand that. I've had HA since as young as 6 years old. It left me alone for many years, until at 19 years old I started googling too. Which of course sparked another HA episode. It was ok for a few years, it came back at the start of the year though. Since then, I'm trying not to go (too) crazy with it! I am 22 btw :) Hang in there sweetie.

dontfeellikemyself, I think we need something to take our minds off whatever we think might be a symptom. If you truly have a symptom, it will bother you physically, not mentally. That's what I think anyway.

It sucks. We start to feel one thing in our body and then we think guessing what's about to happen to us. Like a seizure, then next day it's something else. Like a stroke or a tumor symptom. It's kind of funny cause how can we have all the things wrong with is. It's like what is your disease of the day? Lol.

It's like right now, I have a headache and feel out of it. So I start worrying if I'm about to have a seizure.

And what triggered this was a cigarette! I'm on my way of being a non smoker! It's not helping me at all. I have cut down though!

Ha, what's your disease of the day!  :P Made me laugh! Don't worry about your headache, have a sip of water and a painkiller and things should be in order in a couple hours time.

Like last week I had throat sensitivity, and I mean on the outside. The whole of my neck was a little sore and sensitive. I was starting to freak out a bit but refrained from using google. All is ok with my neck this week though.

Congrats on cutting down your smoking :) Well done!
