I'm scared to go on to medication for them. I'm only 23 and I don't want to be stuck on pills for the rest of my life to stop migraines.
Magnesium and Riboflavin (vit b2) are something i've been on for a month or two. Nothings changed but maybe i need to try for longer?
I wasn't aware of vitamin b12. I might look in to is.
I'm scared that 3 migraine auras a months = my stroke risk being high :/ AHH.
I'm perfect weight, don't over eat, never smoked a cigarette and barely ever drink. But migraines are my risk factor
