since last night, been getting them quite often for the last 24 hours.... it wants to trigger a panic attack.... random feelings of lightheadedness like when you sit up to quickly and the blood rushes out of your brain or into it... randomly happening to me today not sure why... even noticed it in the middle of the night while I was sleeping I even think it maybe woke me up a few times

I've been getting that to. Although, over the years i've had it quite often. My mother has had it for most of her life too, along with pain. It turns out it was her sinuses (she thought the worst. This was back in her 20s and she wasn't a hypo like me) but it's like, you're not dizzy, but your head feels so light and spacy for a minute. Then passes.

Happens to me often. Anxiety can't help, but i chalk mine down to allergies/sinuses. Anxiety just worsens things.

I have been getting that a lot to when waking up and getting out of bed. I've had it on and off for years and it never worried me and still don't. It's from getting up to fast.

I believe my allergies are acting today. Since this morning my forehead has been off. It's been feeling tight and I get a dizzy kind of feeling. Nothing spins, i dunno how to really explain it. But I think it has to do with my allergies, I hate that it causes me to have some anxiety from it.

Mine is a sudden burst of feeling faint and lightheaded. NOT from getting up to fast though. That is just the feeling I get randomly today.

Then my guess it's anxiety. It does all kinds of crap. Do you seem to think about your body all the time? Like that's all you focus on?

Currently, there is a very large, sudden decrease in barometric pressure in this country from ongoing severe storms. This causes an increase of pressure on your inner ear, which causes sensations of dizziness. Its miserable.

Could be what's wrong with me. Seems when the weather temps change is when my head feels off more.

It makes sense Luna, we have had storms the last few days and I have felt worse. But the random feelings of "when you get up too quick" have been happening quite a bit today. I dont pass out or faint but they are random and of course I think the worst. KMJ I focus on every sensation in my body. When my left leg fell asleep and got pins and needles in it last night, it was awful. I wonder if it was from all the MSG in the chinese food I had .. who knows

I am same way. I'm trying not to focus so much. It's hard not to I know. MSG is bad but it's in everything we eat pretty much. And it can bring on anxiety symptoms.

Can this be something serious? Would it be a sign of a stroke coming on? It feels like when you hold your breathe for a while then let out the air and your lightheaded. It has been happening randomly, it is very annoying. I am trying not to think it is anything serious. I have no idea what it COULD be if it wasnt anxiety.
