i went outside to play basketball to get some exercise and after maybe 15 minutes i got too uncomfortable and stopped playing to sit down. basically, i noticed that when im exercising my depersonlization will get really bad. i wont feel dizzy or off balance, ill just feel weird and it scares me so ill usually stop playing. i get scared that ill collapse or 'lose my mind' while exercising. i read that exercising is supposed to make you feel better and so im a little worried that something might be wrong with me since it causes me anxiety.
