I know it sounds like sinus's but I was at my ENT like four days ago because of my brain tumor freak out from the dizziness (which has SUBSIDED) to say the least. But my sinus's are clear as a whistle. Like random throbbing aching pain behind my eyes above them, center of forehead etc. What can it be? Should mention the occasional flashes of light in my peripheral and up top of my vision (cieling) that flash and come and go (months now).

It's anxiety. I get pressure In my forehead and heAvy head and dizzy feeling when I'm anxious.  These are anxiety related symptoms. It's the muscles that are probably tensed up for
Stress. It's a good thing the dizziness has subsided. Maybe it was the meds that helped.

the pain behind the eyes radiating to the head due to light is what we call tension headaches...its cause by strong light to the eyes...i also believe it may be connected to anxiety because eyes get sensitive to light when anxiety is higher than usual

Actually sounds a lot like migraines with aura. That would pretty much explain all these symptoms perfectly. My brother gets them all the time.
