I was talking to someone. I nodded my head forward then stopped very quickly. Is it possible that I gave myself minor unnoticeable brain damage from that? Thank you.

I'll say it again, broke, no driver's license, anti-establishment family, social phobia.

From moving your head once ? Nearly impossible is right.

I wonder if ive done something to my brain from a nervous tic moving my head and jerking my neck fast few years. Not constantly, but it may have done something. Who knows. But for your case NO WAY.

Then call department of human services and ask about alternate transport options or assistance. Or get a self help book. Or use any of dozens of free CBT or other therapeutic resources available online which you clearly have access to

I would guess it is possible to injure your neck if you moved your head too fast or
tilted or turned it a certain way.
