stress/anxiety and bms
« on: May 30, 2014, 05:27:07 PM »
Been under alot of stress lately. My bms are flat and small. Sometimes yellowish. Sometimes almost fuzzy looking but rarely formed round. I am taking metamucil daily but doesnt seem to be helping. Sometimes my bms are in little flat pieces the size of your thumb nail. Could this all be from stress/anxiety?

I have experiencing the same thing right now for about a week - when I go it's like a bunch of little flat pieces.  Also, my stomach sometimes is making noises.  I am trying to think that it's just stress - I think I have had this before too.  Before about a week ago everything was fine.
