laying down too much issues
« on: May 29, 2014, 09:39:11 PM »
So I was wondering, I lay down a lot to study and usually have my head arched so that I can breathe better. I have noticed my neck is always aching and I also noticed when I stand up I get weakness and it carries on for hours along with shortness of breath. I get hungry too.

Is this all related somehow?

Poor posture will certainly do a number on you.  Change how you sit for a week or so and you should see improvement

If you are collapsing then contact your doc and get checked out.

There is no point, I've been wrong for years lol. I'm broke from the dr bills. I think maybe my neck was cutting off circulation to the brain. Oh well
