Yeah, that could definitely be allergy related. Or a viral infection of some kind. Stay hydrated, and see a doctor if you can. Anti-allergy meds should help. If your nose is blocked, that can cause throat irritation, in which case a nasal de-congestant could help :)

Could be either.  Kids are germ magnets - I volunteered with kids when I was younger and I swear I caught three colds in the first month!  (And then didn't get sick again for YEARS after; turned out to be good for my immune system I guess.)  And it's allergy season.  They can feel remarkably similar.  If the sore throat keeps getting worse and you feel generally sick I'd see a doctor for a strep test, just in case.  Another highly contagious infection kids are great at passing around.

Antibiotics won't help with allergies, or with a cold or other viral infection.  That could be what you're dealing with.

Any suggestions or remedies... Seems to be worse in the nights... I didn't see a doctor yet.. Try to avoid as much as possible.. The antibiotics were giving to me last month but didn't finish.

I typically use warm water, with a spoon of honey mixed in to help with my sore throats. There are nasal sprays, cold and flu drinks and various  lozenges and things you can get to help with that sort of issue. Rest and fluids otherwise, and just try not to overexert yourself :)

Always finish antibiotics, even if you feel better, and never take a self-prescribed partial course.  You could ultimately end up making things worse for yourself.  If you have a cold or a virus you just have to wait it out and treat symptoms.
