PLEASE READ ALL:
I suffer with very debilitating physical symptoms that I am trying really hard to accept as anxiety.
Constant off balance/dizziness, trouble breathing, numbness, headaches, facial pressure, chest pain, left eye pain and a few others.
I am a 21 year old female and have had so many tests done including:
I have seen an audiologist specialist and had a complete hearing tests done
I have also seen an ENT specialist and after looking in my ears and doing basic nerve/reflex testing he said I was fine and blamed it on anxiety.
I have had my eyes tested several times including a field vision test.
I have also had countless GP visits
I have had all these tests for various symptoms so if something was seriously wrong with me would they have found it by now?
Anyway what I wanted to get your opinion on is do you think it was a good choice to join the gym?
I mentioned in the form that I filled out that I suffered dizziness and chest pain, and I also told the instructor I have severe anxiety, so at least they are aware of that, but I am worried firstly, if there is something serious wrong with me, could going to the gym make it worse? I can't shake the thought that I have a brain tumor as all my symptoms point to that.
Or do you think my symptoms all point to anxiety, and the gym could actually help lessen these symptoms?
If you made it to the end of this post thank you! I am desperate and am trying everything to help myself.
