Blood in nose (urgent)

i keep waking up with a full nose and when i blow it theres blood mostly in the morning also my ribs feel tight and like theres a rubber band i asked the doctor and he said it was anxiety and my mum checked my air and said nothings wrong ps she is a nurse she said i have congestion is this true if so how can i relive it please struggling for air

Your nasal passages are drying out from hyperventilating and from breathing incorrectly.  Lie down, take a deep breath through your mouth and then slowly let it out through your nose.
