Also,
 Just a stat. Not a symptom.

Acoustic Neuromas I believe are the ones that cause dizziness. Correct me if im wrong please.

Webmd says 1 in 5000 period. Meaning 66000 every year - including both benign and malignant. Not too comforting :-(
