The prescription says:

DX: brain tumor
CT Scan of head no contrast

Does that mean he's thinkin it's a brain tumor or it's my worry and reason for the visit

He said hell have the results minutes after the scan

If he SAYS he thinks it's anxiety then that's what he thinks it is - the reason he is GIVING you the scan is what is written down there.  YOU think it's a brain tumor and wanted the scan, so that's why he wrote that.

My insurance wouldn't cover it.... So no scan and I went back to neurologist to tell him and he said it was only for reassurance.

No, he doesn't think it's a brain tumor if he is rolling with a CT especially without contrast.
