do you wake up in the morning in a state of panic, or open your eyes and look around to see if you still feel dizzy? I do it every second I wake up in middle of the night and when i wake up in the morning... i look around then i say yeah im still off balance and ill be nauseous and my panic will feel really high

Quick question, and I don't mean for this to sound rude at all, but why do you have at least three threads about this same topic? Try and keep it to one, if possible—it'll better help those reading/commenting to see it all in one place, and also you're not flooding the board with multiple threads of the same topic.

In case anyone is still confused:  googling your symptoms will cause you to remain in a state of extreme anxiety. Stepping away from the internet is the first step toward lasting peace.

Because I am a lunatic

I was up every 40 minutes last night worst sleep of my life terrified to see this neurologist tomorrow morning I am almost positive he will find something wrong with me that's not good

Who wakes up every 40 minutes wide awake for 10 falls back asleep and cycle begins. It makes no sense at all .... I'm laying out on a hammock right now trying to get fresh air and yet I still bring my phone out to look up symptoms and post

I would go to an ENT physician and explain your symptoms and concerns.

Hey Marc,
I had seen an ENT two months ago about this issue. And nothing. Besides a look into the ears and an audiogram/test.

You need to get on some medication other than xanax.

Well I hope my neuro figures out what is going on because this is driving me ******** NUTTS.

The last few nights, bad sleep, waking up nauseous middle of the night, feeling off balance, having trouble falling back asleep so im thinking theres intracranial pressure in my brain and its causing all of this and its all getting worse. Lucky I even make it to 930 am tomorrow morning for my appointment.

Hopefully that is all anxiety.

You sound like my brother; he has a middle-ear thingy (sorry, I don't know what it's called), but he goes through periods where he's dizzy and nauseous (can barely ride in the car with me).  I hope they figure it out quickly, give you a treatment or Rx that works, and by this time tomorrow you're relaxing and smiling.  God Bless :)
