All of those are CLASSIC IBS and anxiety symptoms.  I was convinced for months that I had rectal cancer and could constantly feel something.  Guess what it was?  Anxiety!!!

You're not going to die.  You don't have colon cancer.
The pain in the tailbone , lower back and legs.
Weight loss.
Passing one or two big stools a day but cant empty myself fully so i dont think its constipation.
Pain in left and right of abdomen.

I too had the pain in the tailbone.  The pain in your lower back and legs I would attribute to tight muscles from anxiety.  The weight loss is because you're not eating and your body is in fight or flight.  IBS sufferers often feel like they're not emptying fully.  IBS pain presents all over the abdomen.

I watched my friend, I talked to his Dr's, you DO NOT HAVE COLON CANCER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no doubt in my mind that what you are experiencing is a combination of IBS and horrible anxiety.  The reason this is happening to you is because your body is literally tricking you into thinking that you are ill.  Tests have been ordered and nothing has been found, and I know exactly how you feel.  I have been experiencing debilitating abdominal pain for almost 3 years now and I have had x-rays, blood work, physical examinations, etc. and nothing has been found.

I am still experiencing this pain, but I have given up trying to find an answer and just take it for what it is.  Your suicidal thoughts need to be addressed as well.  While you may feel hopeless, I know you DO NOT have colon cancer.

No one here will be able to convince you that you don't have colon CA.  I can tell you weight loss happens when anxious.  I can drop 10 pounds in 2 weeks when I am highly anxious.  I also have IBS and get much of what you describe.  That is your mathematical probability.  Now if you want to continue making yourself and others crazy over this that is certainly your choice.  But, I will say that anxiety and IBS has you convinced of something that isn't true.  And you are making yourself miserable for nothing.

And?  I experience that quite a bit.  It's a common occurrence, just like a headache with a brain tumor.  If you have a headache does that mean you have a brain tumor?
