Why not go to a chiropractor?

That's what I did, turns out a lot of my issues were due to a pinched nerve on my L5 ( very lowest point on your back) near where your hips are..

I even had a rib on my left side out of place that was causing me a lot of pain (which I thought was stomach related and due to my "kidney failure")
I would get pains on my hips, stomach, back, and even upper back and neck.. all due to some misalignment. I had a few adjustments and my back is MUCH better now and my pains went away in my stomach and all around.

Go to a Chiro and get some X-Rays, it's cheap, fast, and can save you A LOT of grief... they might be able to tell you EXACTLY why your feeling these odd pains.

All of those are CLASSIC IBS and anxiety symptoms.  I was convinced for months that I had rectal cancer and could constantly feel something.  Guess what it was?  Anxiety!!!

You're not going to die.  You don't have colon cancer.

Chiropractors and doctors look for different things entirely... They are looking for way more sinister causes than a pinched nerve... It's worth talking to a chiro, trust me from someone who had X-rays from a doc and "found nothing" and a chiro that helped alleviate much of my pain from many areas of my body.

I too had the pain in the tailbone.  The pain in your lower back and legs I would attribute to tight muscles from anxiety.  The weight loss is because you're not eating and your body is in fight or flight.  IBS sufferers often feel like they're not emptying fully.  IBS pain presents all over the abdomen.

I watched my friend, I talked to his Dr's, you DO NOT HAVE COLON CANCER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no doubt in my mind that what you are experiencing is a combination of IBS and horrible anxiety.  The reason this is happening to you is because your body is literally tricking you into thinking that you are ill.  Tests have been ordered and nothing has been found, and I know exactly how you feel.  I have been experiencing debilitating abdominal pain for almost 3 years now and I have had x-rays, blood work, physical examinations, etc. and nothing has been found.

I am still experiencing this pain, but I have given up trying to find an answer and just take it for what it is.  Your suicidal thoughts need to be addressed as well.  While you may feel hopeless, I know you DO NOT have colon cancer.
