Is it normal to be able to give yourself calve cramps? Basically, how many people can self induce calve cramps or cramps of other spots? Twitching for five months, bad itching and now I notice can cramp when self induced really badly. Positive I have als.

I can induce cramps in my calves or feet by stretching a certain way.

I can induce pain if I do certain movements or activities.

No idea how common it is!  It started for me when I was a teenager - I stretched the wrong way and had a horrible cramp.  My leg hurt for days after.  I can bring it on at will - though I don't really wish to ;) - and sometimes it just happens if I'm stretching normally.
