Upset Stomach/Nausea
« on: May 24, 2014, 02:19:12 PM »
The past few weeks have been really good in terms of handling my anxiety but an upset stomach has me freaking out again. So Thursday I went out to celebrate a friend's birthday and only had 2 drinks so it wouldn't explain being hungover. Then yesterday I felt iffy all day - thought it might be a little because of the drinking but nothing bad. Ate some yogurt and then I really started to get anxious. Afterwards I went to exercise and felt normal again. But I ate a freezer pizza last night and felt off ever since. I'm not sure what's wrong but I'm freaking out. Woke up nauseous this morning (slept normally) and then I had 3 BMs. Still feeling nauseaous and getting worried that there is something wrong. I also feel really on edge & occasionally weak. Probably in my head but wish it would go away :(

Hi there friend - i too have nausea almost everyday all day - its a most common condition with what we suffer from.  Your stomach is producing too much acids from being on what I call constant high alert.  don't be worried its VERY common.  the key is  - try to calm down - i know i can't either  - but try.  sometimes we just can't - and we let our minds taker over causing more stomach issues.  not to worry - nothing serious - be well
