I'm not sure if its the same but I have the anxiety and phobia workbook and have found it helpful.  It contains a good deal of information and helpful exercises to get you going in the right direction.  It may be worth checking out.

A therapist recommended it to me.  I haven't looked at it yet as it wasn't in the bookstore.  It's probably worth the read.

BTW, where did you get your book?  I can't find it in stores.  Only on amazon.

I ordered it from Amazon, I am waiting to receive it. I was just wondering if anyone has used it and how they found it.

I'm going to order too.  Although I've read many helpful books, I'm still on the lookout for the all-in-one book.  At the moment, I use 3 different books and it's a labor going back and forth.
