How do I accept it

How do I accept that I have had anxiety in the past and that it ruined a big and important part of my life? I want to stop dwelling on this. I want to move on and carry on to a new chapter in my life and for my family. Any advice how to move past this?

I wanted to share that I just recently had a son 4 months ago and i thats when i started having this severe anxiety that i feel is making me miss out on him growing up even though im physically there i am not there because im so worried about myself sometimes!

idk how you can move on. but just know that people go through things and they have to forgive themselves because it is an uncontrollable thing we go through.

I may know how you feel. It's like you want to enjoy the good moments and give all you can to someone, but the anxiety drags you down into a hole of worries. Thanks for the reply. I'll move past it one day, I guess.
