Jill, I experienced similar weight loss.  When I was dealing with generalized anxiety, I found I ate less.
As a result my weight went down by 5 pounds and pretty much stay down, which was nice.

Though as I have dealt better with the anxiety through therapy and meds, I do find the weight returns
along with my appetite.   :winking0008:

I am the same way as you both! This spring I have lost about 10 pounds because of anxiety.
I try to drink a boost when I can't think too much about eating, but it's hard.
I've also had this really weird side effect of stress called burning tongue - which has made it even harder to eat.
so many friends are jealous of the weight loss issue ...
sigh ... if they only knew - glad someone else does!
do you guys find your meds need to be changed over time? I think that's where I am ...

txlauren!

shockingly i kinda refuse to take meds. i have a pretty bad case of anxiety but im only 4 months into it and im just trying to get over it on my own! Dunno how well that will work out. i have a prescription for lexapro already filled in my medicine cabinet incase i need it though.

I also try to drink a boost or ensure just to get some "nutrition" in me when i cannot eat too good.

Do you find that your tongue or mouth feel weird when you eat during those stressfull times? that is what does it for me.
