Headache question

The last few days I have had throbbing headaches nearly all day located by my temples. My temples are incredibly sore to touch and there's just a lingering pain. I've had these headaches before. I'm not
Really concerned about a tumor or anything cause I have no neurological symptoms and they have happened for a year and a half but I need a remedy. Massages don't seem to work and painkillers are marginal

Maybe this will help?

I don't have a problem with headaches myself, but a lot of people seem to swear by raw apple cider vinegar. I've also heard that just drinking plenty of water can help. Best of luck to you in finding some relief.
